We’re a locally owned property cleaning and maintenance business based in the Great Southern, providing professional services to commercial properties, accommodation providers, strata complexes and residential homes throughout the region.

Over the past three years, the business has grown from a small start-up into a capable team of five, supported by specialised equipment and a fleet of service vehicles that allow us to efficiently manage both large and small jobs.

Our Story

The business began after our founder decided it was time for a change from a long career as a chef. With a young family and a desire to build something practical and reliable, the focus shifted toward providing high-quality outdoor property services.

What started as a single operator quickly grew through strong local relationships and consistent results.

Today, the business operates with a skilled team and professional equipment designed to handle larger commercial properties while still supporting residential clients across the region.

Our team is trained, reliable and committed to doing the job properly. All staff are police cleared and trained to work safely across a range of environments, including working at heights and operating specialised equipment.

One of the biggest differences between our business and smaller operators is the professional equipment we operate.

Our setup includes:

  • Commercial zero-turn mowers for large grounds and acreage properties

  • Industrial gutter vacuum cleaning systems

  • Professional pressure washing trailer systems

  • RODI purified water window cleaning systems for multi-storey buildings

  • Three service vehicles and five trailers allowing multiple crews to operate simultaneously

This equipment allows us to work efficiently across both residential properties and larger commercial sites.

Safety & Professional Standards

  • Working at Heights certification

  • EWP (Elevated Work Platform) training

  • Police clearances

  • Public liability insurance

Where required, we also organise additional access equipment to ensure work is carried out safely and correctly.
